011. Beta/MVP Status
FluxOS is in active development. The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for potential technical glitches, loss of access, or changes in functionality.
022. AI Usage & Disclaimer
AI can make mistakes. FluxOS is not responsible for the accuracy of plans or decisions made based on AI content. Verifying AI results is your sole responsibility.
033. Intellectual Property
All tasks, plans, and content you create remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your ideas or data.
044. Registration & Access
Registration is available via OAuth. You are responsible for your account security. During the early access stage, the product is free ("Free forever for early adopters").
055. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our "Productivity OS".
